About Agubi Men's Health

Agubi Men's Health

Evidence-based care for prostate health.

Agubi Men's Health is an evidence-based resource for men navigating prostate conditions — symptoms, diagnosis, treatment, and recovery. The site exists because the internet is full of either cold clinical jargon or vague wellness marketing, and very little in between.

What the site covers

Articles are organized around the conditions men actually encounter: prostatitis (including the four NIH categories), benign prostatic hyperplasia (BPH), prostate cancer, prostate stones, and prostate cysts. Alongside the conditions themselves, there is a dedicated section on symptoms — what each symptom pattern tends to mean and how to describe it clearly to a clinician — and a treatment and recovery section for daily habits, medications, procedures, and lifestyle changes that are supported by current evidence.

Who it is for

Men who have just been diagnosed and want a calm second opinion. Men with chronic symptoms who want to understand what is actually happening. Partners and family members trying to support someone through a urology workup. Clinicians looking for a clear reference to share with patients.

How the articles are written

Every article is grounded in current medical literature — guidelines from the American Urological Association and the European Association of Urology, peer-reviewed reviews, validated symptom scores such as the NIH-CPSI and IPSS, and patient-facing material from sources like the Mayo Clinic, Cleveland Clinic, and Prostate Cancer UK. Sources are listed at the end of each piece.

What this site is not

Agubi Men's Health is not a substitute for medical advice, and nothing on the site should be used to diagnose or treat a condition. It is a starting point — a way to walk into a urology appointment more informed, not a way to skip one.

Languages

Articles are written in English, with translations into Simplified Chinese and Japanese. Coverage may vary slightly between languages as new articles are added.
